OEM Design & Sampling Workflow

From reference photo to drawing, 3D model, rendering, prototype and glass mold development, we help turn product ideas into manufacturable glass products.

Step 01

Concept Reference

Customer sends a reference photo, concept image, sample picture or target style. We first check product shape, glass process, size possibility and mold direction.

Customers can start with a reference photo, sample picture, hand sketch or product idea. We check shape, glass process, size possibility and mold direction before development.

3D Prototype Options

Acrylic prototype is closer to glass transparency. Plastic prototype is mainly used for structure and size review.

Design & 3D Sampling Time

Design development and 3D prototype sampling usually take about 3-7 days, depending on product complexity, drawing confirmation and sample material.

From Prototype to Glass Mold

After prototype approval, we choose the suitable glass forming process and develop the mold. Glass molds are commonly made from cast iron or other suitable mold materials for high-temperature resistance and heat dissipation.

Glass Manufacturing & Finishing Guide

Different glass products require different machines, molds, finishing methods and packing standards. We help buyers understand the right process before quotation.

Glass Manufacturing Processes

I.S. Machine Glass Containers

Suitable Products

Food jars, sauce bottles, honey jars, jam jars, beverage bottles and glass containers requiring stable mouth finish.

Daily Output Reference

Depends on bottle size, glass weight, machine sections, cavity number and production line stability.

Common Production Issues

Neck finish tolerance, capacity tolerance, mold line, glass thickness, deformation and cap sealing fit.

What We Check Before Quotation

Mouth finish, cap matching, filling method, sterilization requirement, packing method and target quantity.

From Approved Sample to Safe Shipment

After sample approval, we support production planning, factory audit documentation, packing protection, third-party inspection and safe loading before shipment.

Step 01

Approved Sample Received

Bulk production will be arranged only after we receive the customer's approved sample or final confirmation. Before production, we confirm product shape, size, color, decoration, packing direction and final sample standard.

Glass Sourcing Questions We Help Buyers Solve

Before confirming a glass product order, many details can affect cost, production process, packing safety and final delivery. We help buyers check these points before quotation and production.

This section is a practical pre-quotation checklist for glass product buyers, importers, wholesalers and brand teams.

Which glass process fits this product? +

Different products may require I.S. machine production, pressed glass, blown glass, borosilicate tube glass or secondary processing. Choosing the wrong process may affect mold cost, MOQ, weight and production stability.

Can this design be produced in glass? +

Some shapes look good in drawings or AI concept images, but may be difficult to produce in real glass because of wall thickness, mold opening direction, mouth structure or thermal stress.

What affects the final unit price? +

Glass unit price is affected by product weight, mold structure, order quantity, finishing process, packing method and quality standard. A lower price is not always safer if packing or defect control is ignored.

How should fragile glassware be packed? +

Packing should be matched with sales channel. E-commerce orders may need stronger inner protection, while retail or supermarket orders may require reinforced cartons, labels, pallets or FSC-related packing materials.

What should be checked before shipment? +

Before shipment, buyers usually need to check appearance, size, capacity, carton marks, packing method, quantity and loading condition. Third-party inspection can also be arranged when required.

What information helps us quote faster? +

A clear reference photo, size, capacity, weight, quantity, packing requirement and destination help us check the right process and give a more realistic quotation.
